Valerie Santos, originally from Leon (Spain), is immersed in the music scene from a young age. Still, it wasn’t until she turned 15 that she began to truly explore her musical interests, experimenting with mixes at home. Her passion for electronic music and the necessity of rise and shine in a DJ booth has been strongly influenced by renowned artists such as Edu Imbernon, Solomun, Erick Morillo, or Carl Cox.
She started her DJ career in clubs and festivals across northern Spain, where she quickly stood out for her unique and personal style. She took in Germany her first international step, playing at the popular BAALSAAL underground club in Hamburg. Her qualities and energy melted wonderfully into every pore of the audience attending a jammed dance floor.
Valerie’s journey has been one of constant evolution, both personally and professionally. Over time, she has embraced the influence of more intense sounds and has traveled extensively across the Iberian Peninsula, always seeking to refine her technique. Important venues such as Fabrik or Reset Club already felt her impulse. She currently resides as a DJ at The Jungle Dance Floor (Leon) and Redlux (Bilbao). In turn, she has shared the booth with artists such as Klangkuenstler, 999999999, Pawlowski or Charlie Sparks.
Her quest for new sonic horizons has led her from hard techno and schranz to deeper sounds with industrial touches, marking a career defined by continual transformation and growth.
