With a residency at the legendary Sven Väth’s Cocoon Club, Sidney Spaeth rapidly became a well known DJ in the clubbing scene. Sidney hosted his own club party nights -Jet Club and MACH 2- where the DJ & Producer regularly invited top-notch artists like Ida Engberg, Lilly Palmer, Chris Liebing, Matthias Tanzmann, Oliver Huntemann, Boys Noize, etc. With some of them he recreated unforgettable b2b shows.
Sidney credits an incredible musical range, a journey that combines Techno and Tech-house. Always with a determined groove decidedly influenced by the days, or rather, the nights at Cocoon. This sound has recognition from Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola or Roger Sanchez, who included his ‘Body’ (Ingo Boss remix) on his VVAA ‘Release Yourself ’12’.
As a renowned promoter, he opened in 2019 his own Club “FREUD” in Frankfurt, which is currently one of the most revered in Germany, and in all of Europe.
Sidney’s confidence and perfect bridges between tracks never fail to create an electric atmosphere. Sidney has taken over the main stages at massive festivals with 10k-15k capacity and showcased some of the best, cutting edge techno to tech house he can muster with his own Style of Music.
