Breakcode doesn’t follow trends, staying true to his own beliefs and interests on and off the dancefloor, he drops the debut album ‘Noise Making Tryants’, off the back of collab with Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello.
Encompassing the raw energy of the Punk scene, the rebellion of 90’s Hip-hop, the powerful sound of techno & all out sonic assault of the early rave scene. This live electronic act is set to bring a sense of urgency and ever evolving sound back to the people to make you question the society we live in and the same continuous music being handed out by the industry.
Having caught the attention of Carl Cox and The Bloody Beetroots, BreakCode’s new approach to making music is turning heads. “Noise Making Tyrants is my reaction to what’s been going on around me for some time. I got bored of a lot of what I was hearing, so decided to finally get some creativity out of me that I’d wanted to for a while. I’m influenced by so many different genres of music that I just decided to put some of them into what I do with techno and not care about whether people like it or not. It’s just me expressing who I am, by taking a kind of mod and punk spirit with a 90’s hip hop DIY approach, throwing it all together to see what happens, and basically putting whatever the f*** I feel like into a track.”
